For sign-in the server sets a strictly necessary session cookie. With “Accept all” you also allow a “Stay signed in” convenience cookie (30 days, HttpOnly, first-party) — otherwise it is not set. Theme (e.g. light/dark) may be stored locally in your browser (no tracking).
